To the maximum extent permitted by law, XFIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XFIN, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, U.A.E.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the new terms.
